MIDSUMMER comes from Stavanger in Norway and is owned by Alex Bouché. Since 2016, MIDSUMMER Hot Sauce has been producing handmade hot sauce in limited editions.  You won’t get much closer to a hot sauce specialist than Alex Bouché. He loves innovation and time-consuming processes such as, for example, fermentation and pressure fermentation.
